Biography

Choosing a life dedicated to music is not really a choice—it's a calling

Composer, pianist, music technology and music educator, and author of music technology manuals. 

 

Beppe has served as a keyboardist, gospel choir director, and music teacher at both primary and secondary school levels.

Presently, Beppe teaches music technology at the “Politecnico delle Arti di Bergamo”, the “CPM Music Institute” in Milan, the “IITM” in Rome, and “Musiclab Studio in Turin.

As the National Director for Midimusic Educational and Finale Italia, he manages national support and localization for Italy for software like Finale, Guitar Pro, Studio One, and Notion. He has led courses, provided teacher training, and held music technology masterclasses at top Italian institutions including SAE (Milan), CTRL Room (Naples), St. Louis Music Academy (Rome), Faculty of Musicology (Cremona), “N. Rota” Conservatory (Monopoli), and “L. Marenzio” Conservatory (Brescia).

With more than 20 years of experience in primary music education in Lombardy, Beppe has successfully integrated technology into the music classroom to enhance learning and promote inclusivity. His strategic use of technology has improved music education for many students, making it more accessible and engaging, even for the youngest learners.

As a composer, Beppe has released seven instrumental albums, two singer-songwriter albums, and three singles. His music is available on all major digital platforms and is popular in 32 countries, with notable success in Belgium, Germany, Cuba, Thailand, Sweden, Switzerland, and Italy. His album “Esencia” has ranked highly on Apple’s classical music charts. His music distribution is handled by “Silente Classica” by Multiforce, and the sheet music for his compositions is published by Multiforce Editions.

In addition to teaching, Beppe is deeply involved in various musical and editorial activities. As a product specialist for Dexibell, he demonstrates and performs with their digital pianos across Italy’s top music stores.

He has authored numerous music technology guides for Edizioni Curci’s Curci Audio Pro series, including guides for Finale, Notion, Studio One, OBS Studio-OBS Streamlabs, and A manual on remote music education. For years, he has contributed to several music technology publications and has written articles and tutorials for networks such as Age of Audio, Musicoff, SM Strumenti Musicali, Ziomusic, and BigBox Magazine. He has also been creating multimedia content for primary school textbooks for over a decade, with 18 publications produced by Editrice La Scuola.

In 2018, he held workshops on “Italian Language in Author Songs” in Havana, Cuba, and became an honorary member of the Dante Alighieri school.

Since 2020, he has been collaborating with Curci fa Scuola , offering teacher training courses on the use of technology in music education across all educational levels.

In 2022, Beppe took on the role of Distribution and Marketing Manager for Italy for  doozzoo.

That same year, he joined AIMI  (Italian Association of Music Informatics).

In 2023, he became a member of SIMC (Italian Society of Contemporary Music).
